This house, with capacity for 6 people, is distributed over 3 floors:

The ground floor, where the main entrance to the house is located, has a large living-dining room with an open kitchen, access to a terrace with a garden and a bathroom with a shower.

The first floor consists of 3 rooms; one of them en suite with a complete bathroom with shower, a double room and a room with bunk beds and a cot and a complete bathroom with shower.

Finally, on the upper floor we find a garage with capacity for one car and a double room with a terrace and a complete bathroom with a shower.

The community is very quiet and has a swimming pool.

We remind you that sheets and towels are not included in the price, they can be rented for a supplement of €10 per person for sheets and €10 per person for towels. Let us know if you are interested, so we can have everything ready for you when you arrive.

Water restrictions: We inform you that according to Decree Law 1/2023 of February 28, due to the extreme drought we are experiencing, it is forbidden to water the lawn of any private property. There are also restrictions on filling swimming pools and human consumption. Given this exceptionality, we cannot guarantee the condition of the gardens and swimming pools, nor the possible restrictions on their use. The measures to manage episodes of regional water shortages agreed by the Government of Catalonia (Generalitat de Catalunya) and/or other competent public administrations will be mandatory for both contracting parties. In compliance with the regulations, services may be affected that cannot be carried out normally. No such event will entail any type of compensation.
