Apartment in a nice community with pool in the center of Calella de Palafrugell.

 

It is a second floor consisting of living room with exit to large terrace with very good sea views, equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom.

The community is very nice with a large garden and pool as well as a small space to play football.

It is accessed by 2 different streets, and on one side there is a large supermarket in front of the community.

Close to the center and less than 200 meters from the beach "Port Pelegrí".

Suitable for 2 people, ideal couples.

Parking in communal garage.

The community pool is CLOSED from October 15 to May 15

We remind you that linen and towels are not included in the price and can be rented for a fee of 10 € per person for sheets and 10 € per person for towels. Just let us know if you are interested so we can prepare everything for your arrival.
