Duplex with panoramic views of the sea and surrounding hills, located in the Golfet area of Calella de Palafrugell, Costa Brava.
The duplex is distributed over two floors:
Ground floor: spacious living-dining room with access to a furnished terrace offering stunning sea views, fully equipped kitchen, and guest toilet.
Upper floor: one double bedroom, one bedroom with bunk beds, and another with a trundle bed. Two of the bedrooms have direct access to a terrace with spectacular views. There is also a full shared bathroom on this floor.
The nearest beach is the beautiful Golfet Beach, located just 550 meters away—a pleasant 14-minute walk. The return journey is uphill, so it may take a bit longer. The village center is 1.2 km away, ideal for a relaxing stroll or a short drive.
